PRODUCTION PROCESS

Growing And Nurturing

We work closely with farmers throughout the growingandnurturing stages, carefully monitoring the use of fertilizers and crop protection methods to ensure premium-quality and safe durian fruits before harvest.

This collaborative process also enables full product traceability, ensuring transparency and confidence for our customers.

Fruit Receiving and Inspection

We only source durian from partner farms that meet our strict quality and supply standards.

Upon arrival, every batch of raw fruit undergoes careful inspection, including checks on quantity, weight, origin, ripeness level, and external condition.

The goal of this process is to ensure that 100% of the durians meet our safety, cleanliness, and premium quality requirements before entering the next stage of processing.

Cleaning

The durians are thoroughly cleaned to remove dirt and surface impurities, ensuring a hygienic and safe raw material before further processing.

Following cleaning, the fruits are carefully graded based on size, weight, and estimated internal flesh quality. Durians that do not meet our standards — such as those that are too small, irregular in shape, or showing signs of damage — are immediately removed.

This process helps maintain consistent quality in flavor, appearance, and overall consumer experience across every batch.

Grading

After cleaning, our skilled and experienced technicians carefully grade the durians based on shape, weight, and ripeness level. Any fruits that show signs of damage or defects are immediately removed from the batch.

This process ensures consistent quality, flavor, and a reliable consumer experience in every product.

Ripenning Control

For fresh durian, we carefully control the ripening stage according to transportation distance and delivery time. This ensures the fruit reaches consumers at the optimal level of freshness and flavor.

For frozen durian products, ripeness is also carefully monitored before processing to preserve the fruit’s original natural taste and texture.

Grading The Pulp

For frozen durian products, once the fruit is peeled, the pulp is carefully inspected and graded to ensure it meets our consistent quality standards.

Freezing

Only carefully selected durian pulp undergoes rapid freezing at −42°C, preserving the fruit’s freshness, natural taste, and nutritional value.

Packaging & Cold Storage

Finished products are transferred to a closed and hygienic packaging line to ensure optimal food safety and quality.

  • Weight Control: Each product is accurately measured according to standard specifications (e.g., 180 g and 540 g pouches).

  • Packaging: Products are vacuum-sealed in high-quality PA/PE pouches to ensure food safety, hygiene, and product protection.

  • Cold Storage: After packaging, products are immediately stored in a temperature-controlled cold warehouse, ready for distribution while maintaining stable, premium quality.
