A&M operates a durian sourcing network across key growing regions throughout Vietnam, including the Central Highlands, the Mekong Delta, and the Southeast. Among these, the Central Highlands is identified as the primary sourcing area due to its outstanding advantages.
 
The Central Highlands benefits from fertile basalt soil and a stable highland climate, allowing each durian to develop uniformly with thick flesh, rich flavor, and premium quality. In addition, the region has extensive cultivation areas and concentrated seasonal yields, making it ideal for large-scale procurement and ensuring a stable supply.
 
Furthermore, A&M’s processing facility is strategically located at the heart of the Central Highlands’ key raw material region. This enables a significant reduction in post-harvest transportation time, preserving the fruit’s freshness and quality. The strategic location also optimizes logistics costs and enhances quality control across the entire sourcing – processing – distribution chain, effectively meeting both domestic and export market demands.
